Slovakia, April 14 -- Skanska has signed a new contract to build a residential complex in Bratislava, Slovakia. The Matadorka Living project is being developed by Nova Matadorka, a.s., a part of OPTIMAL DEVELOPMENT. The contract is worth EUR 45M, about SEK 480M, which will be included in the order bookings for Europe for the second quarter of 2026.The project includes the construction of the next phase of Matadorka Living residential project.
