Ukraine, Jan. 26 -- On January 23, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a grant agreement with the Government of Ukraine, to provide grant aid of up to 4,000 million Japanese yen for the Programme for Emergency Response on Humanitarian Mine Action and UXO Clearance.JICA has been providing cooperation through the "Emergency Recovery Plan (Phases 1-4)" for the people of Ukraine, who are facing severe hardships due to Russia's invasion.
