Tajikistan, Dec. 22 -- On December 10, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a grant agreement with the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the capital city Dushanbe, to provide grant aid for the Project for the Improvement of Freight-Scanning Equipment at Spitamen Customs on the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route.
