Paraguay, Oct. 5 -- On September 4, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a grant agreement with the Government of the Republic of Paraguay in the capital city Asunción, to provide grant aid for the Project for the Development of Facilities Related to Satellite Technologies.
