Latvia, Sept. 24 -- Latvia based SIA "Somniar" has secured contract from Valmieras novada pasvaldiba for Supervision of building work - Buvuzraudziba's services for the construction works of the 1st and 3rd levels of the Gauja laba krasta promenade in Valmiera . The value of the contract is worth 9700 EUR .
