Luxembourg, June 9 -- SES, a space solutions company, and TV ISLA will expand broadband access on Providencia Island, part of Colombia's San Andres Archipelago, with a hybrid Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) and Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite connectivity solution.
