Sentia signs contract for new office building in Stavanger

Norway, Nov. 2 -- HENT, a subsidiary of Sentia, has signed a contract with SVG Property for the construction of a new office building at Jåttå in Stavanger. The contract is worth NOK 208 million, excluding VAT.The contract covers an office building of approximately 5,000 square meters gross floor area (GFA). The agreement follows a project development phase that HENT and SVG Property carried out in close collaboration.Construction is scheduled to start in March 2027, with handover expected in the third quarter of 2028.
