Latvia, Dec. 10 -- Latvia based Sabiedriba ar ierobezotu atbildibu "PR KVADRATS" has secured contract from Latvijas Investiciju un attistibas agentura for Advertising and marketing services - Creative agency services for the needs of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia.
