United States, Aug. 31 -- Rockwell Collins Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for command, control and communications integration, modification, maintenance, enhancement and engineering support for the Common Avionics Architecture System 10.3 software for the evolving fleet.The amount of this action is $38,916,896 with a total cumulative face value of $55,146,864. One bid was solicited with one received.Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2029.
