Rehabilitation Contract Awarded by Norwegian Property at Fornebu

Norway, Nov. 2 -- Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has entered into an agreement for the rehabilitation of Snarøyveien 30, Buildings J and K, at Fornebu. The contract is a design and build contract valued at approximately NOK 400 million, excluding VAT.The project comprises the rehabilitation of approximately 34,000 square metres of office space in the former Telenor headquarters at Fornebu, including upgrades to technical systems and tenant adaptations. Parts of the buildings will remain operational throughout the construction period. Planning and mobilisation activities will commence immediately, and the project is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2028.
