RBI Revokes Registration of Gajraj Securities And Services Pvt Ltd Following NBFI Exit

India, May 15 -- The Reserve Bank of India has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. 05.01331) of Gajraj Securities And Services Pvt Ltd, registered at Ecospace Business Park, Block-4B, 3rd Floor, Premises No. II F/11, Action Area II, New Town, Parganas North, Kolkata, West Bengal, India - 700160. The CoR, originally issued on March 13, 1998, was cancelled on April 06, 2026 after the company surrendered its registration. The cancellation was necessitated due to exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.With this cancellation, Gajraj Securities And Services Pvt Ltd is no longer authorised to carry on the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution as defined under Section 45-I(a) of the RBI Act, 1934.
