India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Toshita Fiscal Services Pvt Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 21, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at Vasundhara, 2/7, Sarat Bose Road, 5th Floor, Room No-2, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020, held CoR No. B-05.01887, which was originally granted on April 30, 1998.
