India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Toplight Tradelink Pvt Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in Maharashtra, with effect from May 21, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at H No 240, Ambazari Layout, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440010, held CoR No. B.05.06334, which was originally granted on April 27, 2004.
