India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Tara Vinimay (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 21, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 4B, Nalini Seth Road, Posta, Kolkata, West Bengal 700007, held CoR No. B.05.05939, which was originally granted on December 22, 2003.
