India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Rightex Trading Pvt Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 20, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 4 Jibanananda Sarani, Rathkhola, P.O. Rabindra Sarani, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal 734006, held CoR No. B.05.03972, which was originally granted on January 09, 2001.
