India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Khera Motor Finance Private Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 20, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at Asha Chamber, 6B Bentinck Street, Room No. 6A, Ground Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal 700001, held CoR No. B.05.06945, which was originally granted on August 02, 2013.
