India, June 11 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Jai Hanuman Sales (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 15, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 204, Elgin Chambers, 1A Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020, held CoR No. B.05.04636, which was originally granted on November 19, 2001.
