India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. 13.00105, issued on February 26, 1998) of Winpro Industries Limited (also known as Channel Guide India Limited), having its registered office at Office No. 212, 2nd Floor, Trade Centre, G- Block Opp. Mtnl, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai City, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400051. The cancellation order was passed on June 22, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
