India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-05.03364, issued on November 1, 2000) of Suryamukhi General Finance & Investment Compny (India) Ltd, having its registered office at 46D, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road Satyam Building, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700016. The cancellation order was passed on June 09, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
