India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.02588, issued on July 28, 2001) of Surya Kiran Textiles Pvt. Ltd, having its registered office at 8, Ganesh Chandra Avenuesaha Court 1st Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700013. The cancellation order was passed on June 08, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
