India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-05.05779, issued on May 15, 2017) of Suntreck Finance Private Limited, having its registered office at Siddha Park 2nd Floor, 99A, Park Street, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700016. The cancellation order was passed on June 08, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
