India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. 13.01135, issued on December 11, 1998) of Sigma Credit and Capital Services Private Limited, having its registered office at 1401, Raheja Center, Free Press Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400021. The cancellation order was passed on June 30, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
