India, July 16 -- Sahu Jain Limited, having its registered office at 16A, Lajpat Nagar-IV, South Delhi, Delhi, Delhi - 110024, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. 14.00230, issued on March 04, 1998) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company's exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business. The cancellation order was passed on June 10, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
