India, Oct. 9 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of Rajesh Fiscal Services Private Limited by its order dated September 21, 2026.The company's registered office is at 5/1, Clive Row 3rd Floor, Room No. 80, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700001. Its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.03615) was issued on January 25, 2001. As per MCA, the company is also listed as Rajesh Fiscal Services Pvt. Ltd..As such, Rajesh Fiscal Services Private Limited shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
