India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-13.01113, issued on November 30, 1998) of Radiance Finvest Private Limited, having its registered office at 905/906, Level-9, Maithili's Signet, Plot No. 39/4, Sector -30/ A, Vashi, Navi, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400703. The cancellation order was passed on June 05, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
