India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.01550, issued on April 20, 1998) of Nippon Services & Holdings Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 26 Commercial Complex, Housing Board Colony, Katni, Katnimadhaw Nagar, Katni, Murwara, Madhya Pradesh, India, 483504. The cancellation order was passed on June 17, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
