India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-13.01889, issued on December 19, 2007) of Mk Alliance Finance Private Limited, having its registered office at S. No. 287/1 To 7/5 Godavari Complex, Karanje, Bhosale Mala, Satara, Satara, Maharashtra, India, 415002. The cancellation order was passed on June 05, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
