India, July 16 -- Kashmira Investment And Leasing Private Limited, having its registered office at 8th Floor B-Wing I-Think Techno Campus Pokhran Road No 2 Behind Tcs Off Eastern, Express, Thane, Thane, Maharashtra, India, 400607, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. 13.00742, issued on April 20, 1998) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company ceasing to be a legal entity due to amalgamation, merger, dissolution, or voluntary strike-off.
