India, Aug. 11 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Kashmir Finance Private Limited, registered office at 619, Corporate Avenue, Sonawala Road, Goregaon (East), Near Udyog Bhavan, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400063. The company's CoR No. B-13.02345 was issued on May 21, 2019. The cancellation order is dated July 24, 2026.
