India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. 13.01085, issued on November 09, 1998) of Ingram Investment Private Limited, having its registered office at 79 Himalaya House, Palton Road, Fort, 4th Floor, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400001. The cancellation order was passed on June 30, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
