India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. N-13.02136, issued on October 05, 2016) of Equator Corporate Finance Private Limited, having its registered office at 407, Business Park, S.V.Road, Malad (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - 400064. The cancellation order was passed on June 18, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
