India, July 16 -- Cyrus Engineers Private Limited, having its registered office at 70, Nagindas Master Road, Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400023, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. 13.00638, issued on October 03, 2016) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company's exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.
