United States, Oct. 9 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of Astrol Dealcom Pvt Ltd by its order dated September 14, 2026.The company's registered office is at A.C Mansion 72, Bentick Street, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700001. Its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.04170) was issued on June 13, 2018.As such, Astrol Dealcom Pvt Ltd shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
