India, July 16 -- Ashika Global Securities Private Limited, having its registered office at Trinity, 226/1, A J C Bose Road (W.E.F 7th Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700020, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-05.00008, issued on September 09, 2014) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company ceasing to be a legal entity due to amalgamation, merger, dissolution, or voluntary strike-off.
