India, Oct. 9 -- Ramsisaria Builders Limited has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The RBI, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 ('the RBI Act'), has therefore cancelled the CoR on September 29, 2026.The company's registered office is at 42, Shivtolla Street 3rd Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700007. Its CoR No. is 05.00092, issued on February 18, 1998.The Certificate of Registration was surrendered due to the NBFC ceasing to be a legal entity upon amalgamation/merger/dissolution/voluntary strike-off, etc.
