United States, June 8 -- Point Blank Enterprises Inc., Miami Lakes, Florida, was awarded a $13,771,606 modification (P00003) to contract W911W6-21-C-0044 for the continued development, weight optimization, and final airworthiness qualification of the UH-60M Blackhawk Advanced Crashworthy Armored Pilot Seat.The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $31,881,554. Work will be performed in Miami Lakes, Florida, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2028.Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $13,771,606 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
