Pigott Asphalt and Sitework Awarded $18.1 Million Contract for Lane and Shoulder Addition on Phillips Parkway

United States, Sept. 30 -- Pigott Asphalt and Sitework LLC, Crawfordville, Florida, was awarded an $18,094,315 firm-fixed-price contract to add a 12-foot lane and four-foot shoulder to portions of Phillips Parkway.Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. Work will be performed in Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 19, 2028.Fiscal 2026 military construction, Air Force funds in the amount of $18,094,315 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W91278-26-C-A022).
