Phoenix Air Group Inc. awarded $11,880,350 contract with time-and-materials for reimbursable expenses

United States, March 23 -- Phoenix Air Group Inc., Cartersville, Georgia (HTC71126CE123), was awarded an $11,880,350 firm-fixed-price contract with time-and-materials for reimbursable expenses. This contract provides dedicated passenger air charter services to support U.S. Africa Command operations. Work will be performed in Stuttgart, Germany. The period of performance is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. Operations and maintenance funds for fiscal 2026 are being used for this award. The total cumulative face value of this contract is $11,880,350. The U.S. Transportation Command, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
