Germany, June 23 -- Peter Sassenfeld is retiring and will end his many years of service with the Group on June 30, 2025. Mr. Sassenfeld has been Chief Financial Officer of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft since 2011 and looks back on an extraordinarily successful time in the Group.
