India, Oct. 9 -- PCR Investments Ltd has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The RBI, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 ('the RBI Act'), has therefore cancelled the CoR on September 11, 2026.The company's registered office is at Temple Trees, No. 19, Bishop Gardens, Raja Annamalai Puram, Chennai, 600028. Its CoR No. is B-07.00801, issued on September 12, 2014.The Certificate of Registration was surrendered as the company meets the criteria prescribed for being classified as an unregistered Core Investment Company (CIC) that does not require registration under Section 45IA of the RBI Act.
