United States, Aug. 31 -- Paligen Aerospace & Defense LLC, Tampa, Florida, was awarded a $30,840,628 modification (P00005) to undefinitized contract action W519TC-25-F-0015 for design, construction and commissioning of a trinitrotoluene production facility.The total cumulative face value is $435,000,000. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 15, 2029.Army Contracting Command, Rock Island, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
