United States, June 29 -- Overland AI Inc., Seattle, Washington, is awarded a $19,744,499 firm-fixed-price, cost plus fixed fee, and cost reimbursement Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) to a previously awarded prototype OTA (HQ0845-23-9-0066) for the procurement of Military-Unmanned Ground Vehicles (MUGVs) in support of Program Manager Ground Based Air Defense, Marine Air Defense Integrated System. The agreement provides for the procurement of MUGVs and associated OverWatch/OverDrive software, spares, and services.Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington (100%).
