Denmark, June 23 -- Orkla Foods has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in the Danish bakery company TC Brød ApS. The acquisition strengthens Orkla Foods' bakery platform in Denmark and is carried out by Orkla Denmark, part of Orkla Foods.TC Brød is a family-owned Danish bakery company with production in Krogager. Over more than 35 years, the company has built a strong position within laminated dough and seasonal bake off products and is recognised for high quality, flexible production, and close customer relationships.In 2025, TC Brød generated revenues of approximately DKK 116 million.
