Romania, Jan. 21 -- Romania based ORANGE ROMANIA has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Public-telephone services - Framework agreement regarding the purchase of "public-fixed telephone services, analog/digital leased lines, digital leased lines and optical fiber", for all MAI units, for a period of 48 months", with a single economic operator. The value of the contract is worth 928633 RON.
