United States, May 1 -- Ocean Shipholdings Inc., Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $96,712,459 firm-fixed-price, with pass through item on, contract (N3220526C1237) for the operation and maintenance of two expeditionary transfer dock vessels USNS Montford Point (T-ESD 1) and USNS John Glenn (T-ESD 2). Both vessels will continue supporting Military Sealift Command's pre-positioning requirements on a worldwide basis. This contract includes one 12-month base period.
