France, Oct. 16 -- France based NUMBERLY has secured contract from Conseil constitutionnel for IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support - Framework agreement for services for the redesign, maintenance and hosting of the Constitutional Council website. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
