United States, May 20 -- Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Baltimore, Maryland, was awarded a maximum ceiling $697,000,000, firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee, basic ordering agreement (BOA) for the procurement of follow-on sustainment engineering and logistics services (SELS) for Program Manager Expeditionary Radars.
