United States, April 15 -- Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. is being awarded a modification to the active Prototype Project Other Transaction Agreement (HQ0851-22-9-0002) with a value of $475,297,523. This is an increase in dollar value of the current Agreement from $832,778,556 to $1,308,076,079. The Agreement was previously awarded through the Missile Defense Agency's authority under 10 U.S. Code 4022(a)(2)(B). Under this award, the performer will continue to develop and define its Glide Phase Interceptor design concept with an accelerated schedule. The estimated completion date is June 2028.
