Northrop Grumman Receives $37 Million Modification for F-16 Viper Electronic Warfare Suite

United States, Sept. 28 -- Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Meadows, Illinois, has been awarded a $36,987,335 modification (P00187) to previously awarded (FA8615-17-C-6047) for F-16 Integrated Viper Electronic Warfare Suite - Electronic Warfare Radio Frequency Compatibility, Big Iron effort.Work will be performed in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2029.Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $16,183,490 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
