(MOL) announced the establishment of MOL Bay Links Co., Ltd., a holding company aimed at strengthening the foundation of the MOL Group's tugboat services.Effective July 1, MOL transferred all shares it held in Nihon Tug-Boat Co., Ltd. (President: Keizo Tamura; Headquarters: Kobe-shi, Hyogo), Green Shipping, Ltd. (President: Koji Tsue; Headquarters: Kitakyushu-shi, Fukuoka), and Green Kaiji Kaisha, Ltd.
